Shipment Notification & Tracking
If you have recently received a shipment notification, please allow 2–5 working days for the tracking information to update. We appreciate your patience during this process. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. If your order contains multiple items, they may ship from different warehouses and tracking numbers will be provided accordingly.
Shipping Locations
We ship worldwide, except for certain restricted or hard-to-reach island regions. If your location is not supported by our carriers, our support team will contact you to arrange an alternative solution. Please note that we do not currently ship to South Asia (except India), Western Asia, and Africa.
Shipping Origin & Warehouse Allocation
We partner with global suppliers and fulfillment centers to offer the best products at great value. Orders may ship from the U.S. domestic or international warehouses, depending on stock availability, product type and customer location to ensure efficient and reliable delivery.

To provide peace of mind, HydroWata™ offers a 40-day shipping refund guarantee. If your order has not arrived at the destination within 40 calendar days from the original shipping date, you are eligible for a full refund. Please reach out to our support team to initiate your request.
Unclaimed or Incorrect Address Orders
We are not responsible for any packages that are returned due to refusal, unclaimed status, or failure to deliver caused by incorrect or insufficient address information. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please email us immediately at support@hydrowata.com with the corrected information. Once the order has been processed, we are unable to change the address and are not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
