At HydroWata, we strive to provide fast and reliable service. We understand that sometimes changes are necessary, and we’re here to assist. Please carefully review our updated cancellation and order change policy below:

Order Cancellation or Changes:

You can cancel or modify your order within 6 hours of placing it. This helps us prepare and ship orders promptly.

After this 6-hour window, any cancellation request will incur a 10% processing fee to cover restocking and packaging costs.

How to Request a Cancellation or Change:

To request a cancellation or order change, please email us at support@hydrowata.com with your order number and relevant details. The sooner you contact us, the better we can assist you.

Shipped Orders:

If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, we kindly ask that you accept the package and contact us afterward if a return is needed, according to our return policy.
